These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of the Inspired online store and any related content, features, tools, and services (the "Services"). When we say "we", "us", or "our", we mean Inspired. By visiting, using, or buying from the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Read these Terms carefully — they include important details about your rights and ours, including warranty disclaimers and limits of liability.

1. Eligibility and account

By using the Services you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or old enough under the law in your country to enter into a binding contract. You may be asked to provide information such as your name, email, billing, payment, and delivery details. You must make sure all information you give us is accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. You may not transfer or sell your account to anyone else.

2. Our products

We do our best to show our fragrances accurately, but colours, packaging, and finish may look slightly different on your screen depending on your device. We do not promise that a product will look or smell exactly as you imagined from the listing.

Product descriptions, names, and listings may change at any time. We may also limit quantities, discontinue a product, or restrict who can buy it (for example, by region).

3. Orders

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is only accepted once we confirm acceptance and have received payment. Please double check your order before submitting — once an order is accepted, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

Returns and exchanges are handled through our Refund Policy.

Your purchases are for your own personal use, not for commercial resale or export.

4. Prices and payment

Prices, discounts, and promotions can change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at the time you place the order, and will be confirmed in your order confirmation. Unless we say otherwise, posted prices do not include shipping or any taxes that may apply.

By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate, that you are authorised to use the payment method, and that you will pay the full amount due, including delivery charges and any applicable taxes.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by our delivery partners or by events outside our control. Once we hand a parcel to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

6. Intellectual property

The Services — including our brand name, logo, product names, text, images, photography, video, and the look and feel of the site — are owned by Inspired or our licensors and are protected by Kenyan and international intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, redistribute, or publicly display any part of the Services without our prior written permission.

7. Third-party links

Our site may link to other websites we don't own or run. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. If you choose to follow a link, please review that site's terms and privacy policy before sharing information with them.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you confirm you have read it.

9. Reviews and feedback

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or other feedback, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, copy, edit, and display that content to operate and promote our Services. You confirm that you own the content you submit, that any incentive you received in exchange for it has been disclosed, and that the content does not infringe anyone else's rights.

We may, but are not required to, edit or remove content that we consider unlawful, offensive, misleading, or in breach of these Terms.

10. Errors and corrections

From time to time the Services may contain typos, inaccuracies, or omissions — for example, in pricing, availability, or shipping information. We may correct errors and update or cancel orders at any time without prior notice if information turns out to be inaccurate, including after an order has been submitted.

11. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Services in any way that breaks Kenyan or international law.
• Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of anyone else.
• Harass, abuse, defame, intimidate, or threaten anyone.
• Send spam, phishing messages, or other unsolicited communications through the Services.

• Interfere with the security of the Services, scrape data, or upload malicious code.

We may suspend, restrict, or end your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have breached these Terms.

12. Termination

We may end this agreement, or your access to the Services, at any time and at our sole discretion. You will remain responsible for any amounts owed up to and including the date the agreement ends. Sections covering intellectual property, feedback, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, and any others that by their nature should continue, will survive termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and the products we sell are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inspired, our directors, employees, partners, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or replacement costs — arising from your use of the Services or any product purchased through them.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inspired and our team, partners, and service providers against any claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your misuse of the Services.

16. Severability and waiver

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. If we don't enforce a right under these Terms, that doesn't mean we have given it up.

17. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policies referenced here, make up the entire agreement between you and Inspired about your use of the Services and replace any earlier agreements on the same subject.

18. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms and our rights without notice to you.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. You and Inspired agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya for any dispute arising from or connected to these Terms or the Services.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be on this page, and we will update the "Last updated" date when we make changes. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
